how often did you see your midwife- Updated

Called the Maternity unit.
She said not to worry about it. and the team leader will call me over the next couple of days to discuss my homebirth plan.


I saw mine at my booking appointment, which on my re adjusted dats must have been at 4 weeks,
Then i had my 12 week scan readjusted to 8wks 6 days where she tested my urine.
And then i had my actual 12 week scan when i didnt see a midwife.

My anomoly scan is on 21st July , will i see a midwife then, should i have already seen one,

i saw one inbetween 12 week scan and 20 week scan, so at about 16 weeks x

yeah i saw mine at 16 weeks too![/i]

yeah we see ours every 4 weeks

i saw my midwife at 8 weeks and 16 weeks and my next appoinment isnt til 32 weeks! whereas when i as pregnant with jaden i saw my midwife every4 weeks starting from 8 weeks.
apparently they have stopped seeing people so often now.
at my 16week scan they didnt even listen to the heartbeat and i asked why and all i got was "we dont do that anymore"

I saw my midwife at my booking appt at 7 weeks, then again at 13 weeks and 17 weeks. My next appointment with her is 23 weeks but then she's booked wrong (again) so I need to change the appointment.

My dating scan was at 10 weeks and my next scan at 21 weeks.

I saw my community m/w @ 9wks for form filling/ booking in
had dating scan @ 12wks but no midwife appt then
had anti-natal/consultant/mw appt @ hosp @ 14wks for booking/bloods
had community mw @ 19wks (was told that as under close obs and regular hosp anti-natal visits she didn't need to see me again unless I 'wanted' to see her regarding something specific)
have 20wk detailed scan next week but no mw appt with it

from then onwards i won't be having the standard appts as have to have extra appts for gest diabetes and pre eclampsia and growth scans (may as well move in at this rate lol)
Noticed I rambled so put appts/dates in bold (they are standard appts for maternity services in Peterborough)
