its like i have just gone back to normal, my (.Y.) are not as sore, im not lightheaded and dizzy anymore! what is going on??

This happens to me some days too, some days I have the worst symptoms EVER then other days I feel 100% fine and normal!

I think this is the only place that you'll find people moaning about NOT being dizzy, lightheaded, sick or having agonising boobs lol!

Dont worry too much rach, im sure they'll come and knock you for six tomorrow!
