Pill question Empty Pill question

I'm on microgynon, took my last pill on saturday, so am on 3rd day of my 7day break. Usually AF starts the day after my last pill but it's not here yet Question can it take a few days to come sometimes? I haven't missed a pill at all confused

Yes - mine varied a bit on microgynon, gradually getting later in the pill-free break.
