I'm having ripple issues!! My increases and decreases seem to be moving over per row. It's still ripply but each ripple seems to be getting wider Suspect

That happened to me, and I think it was because I wasn't starting the first stitch in each row at the right stitch. So I was thinking stitch1 was actually the stitch you miss out.

I need help too, I found this pattern on ravelry, but I can't for the life of me find where I actually get the pattern from confused

ooo can I join in? I've made this today

Stitchers of PF temp thread 299576_10150269517136053_512021052_8149268_7260482_n

and started on my quilt

Stitchers of PF temp thread 307377_10150269654336053_512021052_8151652_162714_n

On the cushion I made a bit of a fluff up and decided that it would be a good idea to close on the underside of the cross part at the top so the closing isn't great but it's the first cushion I've made since school!

the quilt is coming on quite nicely, I've done 3 lines so far but Greg wants me to stop sewing tonight. I don't really I'm enjoying it.

Love the quilt Cakey. The cushion closing thing is THE hardest thing I find tbh, closing anything boggles my brain!

Claire, I can;t see where to get that pattern except an old issue of the magazine No

Love that cushion AC!

I figured that might be the case, I was hoping that it was staring me in the face. I wonder if I can order the old issue - will have to have a look around. Bit silly showing it and then with no link or anything of how to get the pattern Sad

I'm just going with it atm, will finish my row and see how it goes. Can someone take a pic of their decreases (valleys) for me? Perhaps a close up of 6 rows?

Just had a look for that crotchet today and it's an American magazine - and I can't see that issue for me to backorder it either Sad

I might just have a go at it anyway.

Which pattern are you following tort?

Thank you Very Happy I got it off ebay. It's all different types of material, they're not cotton but more upholstery/cushion material iygwim?

I'm waiting for the seller to come back from holiday then I can order some different ones in different colours. I can't make up my mind whether I want to make cushions for everyone or a quilt...

Right, thanks to fifi I think I'm back on track. It was defo down to missing one or two off either end and so my decreases started to early.

I always find the edges so difficult!

Glad the pics helped...I agree about the edges, it can be really easy to miss a stitch or go into the wrong one, I usually struggle with them too.

Happy Rippling! Very Happy
