Any luck with the site yet???

Hi everyone,
I still have problems and keep being redirected to here every time I try to go to the proper site, are you still having problems too?
I reset my password, tried to log in with my previous user name and password too but no luck with anything. Have done the whole reset thing and it still doesn't work... am probably doing something really silly but just wondered if I was being thick or if this is happening to you too?

have you cleared your cache and done a hard refresh (click control and F5)

I've cleared my cache...and done a hard refresh...typed it in my url bar and still keep coming back to here...
