weight lost and gain

Ok so you heard me moan about my weight some weeks ago and that I had lost a lot. .. well I'm pleased to say that I've gained some back, 9lbs in total and now weigh a healthier 8st 4lb.. I'm so happy with it and want to gain a few more as 9 st is my target but I can never hit it. . Still though I'm getting there

it can be harder to gain weight than to lose it, iv been there! being healthy is most important than losing or gaining weight so dont worry about targets too much though
