Struggling with sickness

I hate to moan, but at the moment I am really struggling with my MS, I feel lousy, I've had the last couple of days off work and just laid in bed feeling sorry for myself, everything I eat leaves a horrible after taste in my mouth, the only thing that tastes ok is water, how boring is that?

Has anyone got any good cures for morning sickness? Help!!!!

I found that some foods made me sicker then others, normally processed foods, the fresher the food the better however most foods I was sick with.

Try not to move straight after eating otherwise it definatly come up, however unfortunatly if your body needs to be sick it will, unsure how far you are but try and go with it, it does get better...

Heres a few other things that helped:

Avoid fizzy drinks completly
Eat as fresh as poss
Eat small portions
Don't mix liquids with food wait a little while (it makes it come up easier and faster if u do)

Unfortunatly my sickness returned so im still sick now and again but deffo better then before...
